Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead IV&V, design verification testing (DVT), and production testing for EO/IR focal plane array sensor systems.
  • •Collaborate with Program Chief Engineer (PCE) and Lead Systems Engineer (LSE) to develop product and sub-system requirements, IV&V plans, and production test design.
  • •Develop and execute the test architecture from bid through production, owning test system design and leading a multi-disciplinary team.
  • •Manage execution and procurement activities supporting the test factory and enable efficient product flow with actionable metrics, cycle-time reduction, and yield maximization.
  • •Perform data analysis and modeling of test and product data and communicate results with test management, IPT leaders, hardware/software development engineers, specialty engineers, program managers, and customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in STEM and minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including airborne/space EOIR system testing and integration verification/validation.
  • •Experience executing test methodologies for electro-optical (EO) systems, including optical performance analysis and test verification for EO/IR focal plane array sensor systems in LABVIEW and/or MATLAB.
  • •Experience developing and executing factory test plans, procedures, and equipment for EO/IR focal plane array sensor systems and ROICs.
  • •Experience analyzing EO/IR system performance and relating results to underlying design principles, component behavior, or environmental conditions.
  • •Prior experience with ROIC wafer probing, fabrication, integration, verification, and validation for a complex EO/IR system.
