Key Responsibilities

  • •Set and evolve the technical vision, architecture, and multi-year technology roadmap for the AIDLC platform aligned to business strategy.
  • •Design a scalable, secure, multi-tenant platform architecture and document key build/buy/partner and technology-selection decisions.
  • •Translate AI advances into differentiated product capabilities across foundation models, agentic systems, RAG, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
  • •Own platform engineering execution across velocity, quality, reliability, security, and cost; build practices such as CI/CD, testing, observability, and model evaluation.
  • •Recruit, mentor, and lead a distributed engineering and R&D organization; partner with product and sales/pre-sales while owning security, privacy, data governance, and responsible-AI posture.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years in software engineering, including several years in senior technical leadership such as Head of Engineering, Principal Architect, or CTO.
  • •Deep, hands-on expertise in AI/ML and modern GenAI systems, including LLMs, agentic architectures, RAG, orchestration, prompt/context engineering, and model evaluation.
  • •Proven experience architecting scalable, secure, cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS platforms with AWS/Azure/GCP, including data platforms, APIs, and distributed systems.
  • •Builder mindset: stay close to technology to architect, review critical code, prototype, and lead through others.
  • •Experience building and leading engineering teams, ideally distributed across geographies, with strong hiring and development outcomes.
