Senior Director, Sales- West

Lead and grow a high-performing sales team for the West region, creating a collaborative culture and encouraging healthy conflict resolution. Own regional strategy, territory planning, and pipeline development aligned to company revenue goals. Use market trends and customer insights to drive forecasting and sustained growth. Mentor Account Executives and potentially SDRs/BDRs, manage the full sales cycle, and report performance to the CRO while partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success.
