Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently create, compile and maintain audit evidence to support internal and external audit requirements; request and collect evidence from relevant teams and stakeholders across the ACDC and ensure all evidence is accurate, complete, and delivered within required timelines.
  • •Serve as the central point of contact for all incoming audit inquiries and requests directed at the ACDC; coordinate, track and respond to audit requests in a timely and structured manner and liaise with auditors to clarify requirements.
  • •Continuously assess and improve audit-related processes and workflows within the ACDC; identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks in current evidence gathering and documentation practices.
  • •Develop and implement standardized procedures to enhance audit readiness.
  • •Create and maintain audit-relevant documentation in collaboration with all ACDC teams; maintain a structured repository of audit artifacts and ensure documentation meets regulatory, compliance, and internal standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Ongoing university studies with a focus on Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or Compliance; understanding of audit frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001).
  • •Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • •Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
  • •Proficiency in the MS Office suite and proficiency in documentation and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA).
  • •Independent and customer-oriented working style, quick comprehension; high resilience and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
