Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth, profitability, and market leadership of Dmart dark stores and local shop marketplaces in Turkey.
•Oversee financial management including revenue growth, margin optimization, forecasting, and data-driven decision making to enhance profitability.
•Identify, prioritize, and pursue opportunities for strategic business expansion and new service introductions within the Turkish Quick Commerce segment.
•Lead daily operational oversight of platforms, ensuring efficient inventory management and fulfillment processes while maintaining high service quality.
•Build and mentor a high-performing team across Sales, Vendor Growth, Category Management, and Operations; align with regional/global teams to create execution synergies.

Key Requirements

•Experience: Minimum 8+ years in a strategic leadership role, preferably in Quick Commerce, high-growth e-commerce, or fast-paced retail with prior P&L ownership.
•Education: University degree (Bachelor's or equivalent) in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
•Strategic Acumen: Proven ability to develop and implement complex strategic plans and translate them into measurable operational results.
•Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to influence senior stakeholders and motivate large teams.
•Language/Tools: Fluent English (spoken and written); proficient in Google Suite or MS Office and relevant data analysis tools.
