Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage Formal Order cases end-to-end, ensuring responses are accurate, complete, secure, and delivered within SLAs.
  • •Collate, review, protect, and prepare data/document packs for validation and submission to authorities.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for complex Formal Order queries, seeking guidance from Legal and 2LoD as required.
  • •Maintain control ownership for the Formal Orders process, providing governance reporting and supporting resolution of MSIIs.
  • •Provide operational oversight of offshore GSC fulfilment activities to support case delivery and capacity management.
