Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the roadmap for HR AI and automation initiatives across the People Function.
  • •Identify, prioritize, and deliver AI/automation solutions that improve productivity, employee experience, and operational scalability.
  • •Serve as HR product owner for AI initiatives by defining requirements, prioritizing use cases, and measuring business impact.
  • •Partner with HR Systems and technical teams to design, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions, workflow automations, and self-service capabilities.

Key Requirements
