Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical design and CADD support to produce substation P&C designs and specifications for transmission and distribution projects.
  • •Collect, compile, and analyze data from site work, surveys, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to support drawing development activities.
  • •Prepare substation P&C deliverables including control schematics, wiring diagrams, interconnection diagrams, panel layouts, and design phase documentation.
  • •Assist with verifying calculations, design, change orders, and interpretation of contract plans/specifications, escalating issues as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma.
  • •Minimum 3 years of relevant post-education experience in substation protection and control (P&C) design for electrical power transmission and distribution projects.
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship (including H-1B, OPT, CPT, or other employment-based visas).
  • •Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
