Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain category trees, filters and tags; enforce naming standards and complete product attributes to reduce clicks to key SKUs; curate home, search and category modules and ensure images, titles and bullets align with brand guidelines
  • •Optimize search and navigation via ranking rules, synonyms and typo handling; implement redirects or curated collections
  • •Configure promotions, bundles and promo badges with clear eligibility and tracking; manage stock guardrails and feature de‑selection as thresholds are hit
  • •Configure recommendation widgets for cross-sell/up-sell and test simple rules by audience and basket behavior
  • •Coordinate with Marketing, Inventory and Operations via Slack and Jira; provide end-of-day handovers and surface risks or blockers

Key Requirements

  • •One to two years in ecommerce merchandising, category or digital content operations; strong graduates with projects/portfolio considered
  • •Hands-on catalogue work with titles, images, attributes, tags and collections
  • •Exposure to search and navigation tuning or product listing optimisation
  • •Excellent organisation, attention to detail and quality control; clear written English for merchandising copy and naming standards
  • •Analytical mindset with ability to read dashboards and turn insights into actions
