Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain the integrated FedRAMP project plan, including milestones, owners, dependencies, action items, and status updates.
  • •Own day-to-day upkeep of the FedRAMP Smartsheet/program tracker to keep workstreams, deliverables, risks, and next steps current.
  • •Track progress across concurrent workstreams spanning product, engineering, infrastructure, security, compliance, operations, and business teams.
  • •Coordinate stakeholder inputs and working sessions; capture notes, decisions, owners, and follow-ups in the program tracker.
  • •Prepare regular program status updates covering progress, risks, dependencies, blockers, and decisions needed for leadership and governance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
  • •5-10 years of experience in project coordination, program management, product operations, technical program support, compliance program support, or a related role.
  • •Exposure to FedRAMP, DoD IL5, cloud compliance, cybersecurity, audit readiness, or authorization programs.
  • •Experience supporting technical or compliance-driven programs with engineering, security, architecture, legal, or operations teams.
  • •Ability to maintain Smartsheet dashboards, integrated project plans, milestone trackers, risk logs, and executive reporting materials.
