Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee Health & Industrial Hygiene related programs across the factory to ensure occupational health and safety of all employees align with Global C&S strategy and compliance with law and requirements
•Ensure continuous improvement of Health & Industrial Hygiene management system to reduce occupational health risks of all employees
•Coordinate with local Health & Industrial Hygiene to ensure consistency of policy implementation and adherence to roadmap
•Develop, Monitor and control yearly plans for Health, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics, drinking water analysis and Radiation management
•Monitor, analyze, and interpret Health, Industrial Hygiene, and Ergonomics data; recommend and implement mitigation strategies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
•Minimum 5 years’ experience in occupational health, industrial hygiene, and safety roles
•Strong knowledge of occupational health laws and management systems
•Familiar with ISO 45001 and HSE standards
•Experience in supervising and consulting on occupational health practices
