•Define and lead procurement strategy aligned with business and financial objectives.
•Oversee strategic supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and performance management.
•Own and deliver annual procurement value targets (hard savings, cost avoidance, and working-capital improvements) aligned to the operating plan.
•Partner with Legal, Finance, Cybersecurity, IT, and Operations to standardize intake and ensure timely procurement steps.
•Establish controls for savings measurement and reporting, including baseline methodology and tracking of savings and leakage.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
•5+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience.
•Extensive experience leading strategic sourcing, contract management, and legal contract negotiations across complex supplier landscapes.
•Deep knowledge of business operations and financial drivers, translating business objectives into procurement priorities and sourcing strategies.
•Must be authorized to work in the United States.
