Own employee relations cases end-to-end, including grievances, misconduct investigations, and high-risk or contested exits. Ensure labor law compliance across UAE, KSA, and Jordan by monitoring regulatory changes, reviewing contracts and HR policies, and maintaining country compliance guides. Prepare accurate end-of-service (EOS) and gratuity calculations, support labor authority correspondence and filings, and coordinate responses with legal counsel as needed.
