Key Responsibilities

•Design scalable, robust, and maintainable software systems, including key technology decisions.
•Write high-quality, efficient, well-tested code and serve as a role model for coding standards and best practices.
•Develop across the full software lifecycle, including front-end, back-end, and database components.
•Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality, identify issues, and share knowledge.
•Improve CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging, and optimize application performance bottlenecks.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of backend software engineering experience.
•Strong proficiency in Java and object-oriented programming.
•Experience with at least one Java application framework.
•Exposure to microservice-oriented architecture and scalable application development.
•Experience with SQL databases, efficient SQL queries, and relational/non-relational datastores.
