Key Responsibilities

•Industrialize reactor manufacturing lines using simulation-driven value-stream analysis to enable scaled deployment.
•Develop and validate discrete-event simulation models integrating component flow, material flow, tooling operations, and people.
•Develop and validate design choices for new factories and support decisions on process and material flow layouts using data.
•Analyze production assumptions (yield, line speed, equipment availability, cycle time) to find risks, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities.
•Collaborate cross-functionally to translate requirements into technical solutions and propose/quantify benefits of layout changes while applying Lean/Six Sigma and compliance requirements.

Key Requirements

•Ability to conduct detailed process/layout analysis to support data-driven decisions.
•Must be based in the United States and willing to work on-site at headquarters in Austin, Texas.
