Key Responsibilities

  • •Industrialize reactor manufacturing lines using value-stream analysis based on simulations to enable fast, efficient deployment at scale.
  • •Develop and deploy discrete-event simulation models integrating component flow, material flow, tooling operations, and people.
  • •Develop and validate design choices for new factories and support layout/process and material flow decisions using data.
  • •Deep dive into production assumptions (yield, line speed, equipment availability, cycle time) to identify risks, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities.

Key Requirements
