Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build thorough customer profiles and identify financial needs.
  • •Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions using the value proposition.
  • •Utilize CAMP and other approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
  • •Cross-sell to the existing customer base and perform outside sales activities as directed.
  • •Process teller transactions and support the platform staff while ensuring compliance with policies, confidentiality, and risk expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience with transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and/or cross-sell to established customers.
  • •Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
  • •Must be able to obtain S.A.F.E. Act registration through NMLS (MU4R questions and registration required).
