Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop working knowledge of production schedules and read and follow schedule instructions.
  • •Form and assemble cases to meet production requirements and specifications.
  • •Monitor auto-filled bags or trays for fill weight, seal, labeling, date code, and label accuracy.
  • •Visually inspect products and ingredients and report deviations or equipment malfunctions, stopping production when needed.
  • •Maintain housekeeping and assist operators with start-up, production, changeover, and shutdown activities.
