Key Responsibilities

•Champion OS strategy and execution across the Commercial product lifecycle, including launch readiness, performance tracking, and end-of-life lifecycle management.
•Lead software operations and product management for Windows and alternate operating systems across the Commercial PC hardware portfolio, coordinating OS readiness with business units and partners.
•Own lifecycle deliverables such as OS POR, software planning, image refreshes, software change requests, QuickSpecs, and datasheets.
•Use customer insights, competitive analysis, business performance, and usage trends to guide roadmap and future product definition.
•Create go-to-market messaging and launch content, use analytics tools to track execution, and mentor junior team members.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of product management, product marketing, program management, or operational leadership experience in the technology industry.
•Experience leading software lifecycle operations, product readiness, roadmap management, and large-scale cross-business-unit execution.
•BA or BS in business, marketing, engineering, computer science, or a related technical field; post-graduate degree preferred.
•Strong collaboration skills in a matrix, cross-functional environment.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Power BI (or similar analytical/reporting tools).
