  • •Lead contract program management supporting Diplomatic Technologies’ global network mission and strategic alignment.
  • •Manage 24x7 worldwide network operations, ensuring high availability and reliable incident response.
  • •Establish and enforce SLAs, KPIs, SLOs, and MTTR targets; drive ITIL-aligned service management across regions.
  • •Ensure continuous compliance with NIST RMF and FISMA requirements and support POA&Ms, audit response, continuous monitoring, and ATO processes.
  • •Manage global resources and staffing; support forecasting, EVM compliance, cost-efficient delivery, and workforce development/retention.
