People Operations Coordinator

Support end-to-end employee lifecycle operations for a global People Ops team, handling US onboarding and offboarding workflows, background checks, and I-9 processes. Serve as a first point of contact for People-related questions across onboarding, HR data, benefits, and employment verifications. Partner with IT and Payroll to keep records up to date, assist with in-person onboarding logistics, and process employee changes while helping maintain compliance and internal documentation.
