Ocean Freight Export Operation Specialist

Manage end-to-end seafreight export operations, from order receipt through final invoicing. Ensure accurate documentation and shipment information flows, prepare shipping instructions, and confirm Bills of Lading with timely document release. Coordinate with customers, customs brokers, shipping lines, overseas agents, and finance to monitor shipments, maintain system entries, control costs, and support reporting. Drive customer communication and identify opportunities to expand export shipment terms.
