Operations & Visual Manager - Battersea, London

Lead store operations and visual standards to ensure the location is customer-ready at all times. Oversee operational and merchandising execution, investigate inventory accuracy issues, and support sell-through by aligning inventory counts with labor planning. Partner with the General Manager to manage budgets and business metrics, represent the store in meetings, and lead the Operations & Visual team through coaching, talent development, and succession planning.
