Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead pre-sales discovery and design of Atlassian solutions, including PoCs and high-impact demos.
  • •Create high-level architecture designs integrating Jira, JSM, Confluence, Assets, Bitbucket, and OpsGenie.
  • •Act as Design Authority during delivery, ensuring scalable, maintainable configurations aligned with best practices.
  • •Define technical standards, mentorship, and governance through code and configuration reviews.
  • •Architect and oversee migrations and API-based integrations with third-party enterprise tools (Slack, GitHub, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow).

Key Requirements

  • •Atlassian Expertise: 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in the Atlassian ecosystem as a Lead Consultant or Administrator.
  • •ITSM/ESM Vision: Proven track record of implementing Jira Service Management (JSM) and Assets; Experience with ServiceNow is valued.
  • •Framework Knowledge: Deep understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and ITIL 4.
  • •Integration Skills: Experience with REST APIs and connecting Atlassian to broader DevSecOps/ITSM landscape.
  • •Languages: Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory.
