Job Summary

Partner with the Japan sales team to identify enterprise technical needs and design scalable AI solutions from PoC to production. Key Responsibilities

•Partner with the Japan Sales team to understand customer business challenges and technical requirements, translating them into practical and scalable AI solutions.
•Lead technical demos, architecture discussions, RFI/RFP responses, and PoC design and delivery, driving conversion from PoC to production.
•Design and implement end-to-end generative AI system architectures, including model orchestration, knowledge base construction, vector database integration, and API/system integration.
•Evaluate and optimize generative AI system performance in production environments (accuracy, latency, cost, scalability) and refine prompt structures and inference workflows.
•Serve as the technical lead in customer engagements and support deal closure/contract execution, including account expansion through upsell/cross-sell.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
•At least 3 years of experience in AI solutions, technical consulting, or related technical roles.
•Experience delivering AI solutions for enterprise-level customer projects.
•Strong software engineering capability (Python preferred) to build and integrate production-grade applications.
•Familiarity with generative AI (LLMs, RAG, agent systems, or multimodal models) and deploying to cloud environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, major public clouds).
