Engagement Coordinator

Support Title I students’ academic engagement by monitoring course pacing and progress, identifying early risk, and coordinating timely interventions. Serve as a central family-school communication point, guiding families with learning routines and following up via student check-in surveys. Assist students with individualized improvement plans aligned to MTSS and Title I supports, coordinate conferences and referrals, and encourage participation in virtual events and enrichment.
