Service Operator II - Service Supervisor II -Coiled Tubing (Roma, QLD, AU, 4455)

Coordinate coiled tubing service operations at the well site, including rig up/rig down, equipment preparation, and job planning. Under direct supervision, promote strong customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction. Oversee safe crane and rigging operations, operate the coiled tubing control console with blow-out prevention equipment, and support data collection/distribution and equipment readiness for subsequent jobs. Provide input on subordinate performance and skills development while ensuring HSE compliance.
