Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a portfolio of corporate clients headquartered outside the UAE with presence in UAE, delivering solutions aligned to clients’ banking and treasury objectives.
  • •Grow sustainable revenue from existing clients through cross-selling, product penetration, and identifying sales opportunities to achieve asset, sales, or revenue targets.
  • •Proactively acquire new clients aligned to the Global Network Banking framework and build pipeline coverage for existing and new customers.
  • •Develop client plans and marketplace growth strategies, partnering with relationship counterparts globally to deliver market-leading banking solutions.
  • •Monitor client portfolio performance using risk management tools, collaborate with Risk on customer risk profiles, and manage financial crime risk across the client lifecycle while ensuring operational and policy compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record growing and managing a portfolio within Corporate Banking.
  • •Experience in business development, deal origination, identifying opportunities, and onboarding new clients.
  • •Good client network and track record leading complex Global Payments, Credit & Lending, and Global Trade Solutions for large corporate customers.
  • •Strong financial and analytical skills with strong problem analysis and solutioning ability.
  • •Ability to interact with customers and stakeholders at all levels, delivering effective communication and presentations.
