Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with Federal Sector and Earth & Environment business line leads to align growth priorities and federal market strategy initiatives.
  • •Support teams in positioning for complex pursuits from lead identification through contract award, improving win rates and submission quality.
  • •Lead priority pursuits end-to-end, including strategy development, messaging, content quality, compliance, team coordination, and post-procurement debriefs.
  • •Produce schedules and compliance matrices, manage proposal kickoffs, and facilitate technical/management solution sessions.
  • •Oversee pursuit teams, coach presentation/interview teams, coordinate with capture/technical/legal/pricing/small business stakeholders, and ensure adherence to sales/business development policies and audit requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, journalism, or closely related field (or equivalent A/E/C industry experience).
  • •Minimum 7 years’ experience leading large competitive federal proposals in environmental, compliance, and remediation services ($5M to $500M), including SF330 proposal experience.
  • •Strong communications skills to articulate complex ideas persuasively and influence others.
  • •Demonstrated leadership, personal accountability, and goal-oriented pursuit leadership for large competitive efforts.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign), SharePoint, and communications-related software; ability to travel as needed.
