Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform all aspects of wireline engineer duties at the well site and at the shop, including maintenance and pre-job/post-job activities.
  • •Supervise and train junior operators; manage competencies, training oversight, and verification/approval processes for direct reports.
  • •Oversee crew and equipment at the wellsite and shop to deliver wireline logging and completions services.
  • •Coordinate operations with customer representatives, drill crews, and the rig or production facility.
  • •Advise customers using logging/completions data interpretation and wellsite analysis for troubleshooting and decision-making; maintain required records and communications.

Key Requirements

  • •Be fully competent in engineer duties at the well site and in the shop, including maintaining the unit and performing pre-job and post-job duties.
  • •Supervise and train junior operators, with strong ability to coordinate and verify operational requirements.
