Wireline Field Crew Lead

Lead wireline crew operations across well sites and the shop, maintaining equipment and performing end-to-end pre-job, well-site, and post-job activities. Supervise and train junior operators, manage team scheduling and documentation, and coordinate work with customer and drill crews to align with rigs and production facilities. Guide logging and completions decisions by interpreting data, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring safe execution of responsibilities.
