Lead end-to-end ERP implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM in interdisciplinary project teams, defining processes and delivering services with technical and domain expertise. Manage project planning, agile delivery, and client interactions; ensure budgets, timelines, quality, and multisite team leadership while driving continuous learning and international collaboration to create efficient ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the complete project planning, governance, and autonomous management of ERP implementations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM.
•Support the sales team in creating proposals for potential and existing customers.
•Be the primary point of contact for client and team challenges, ensuring project goals (budget, timelines, quality) are met and project teams are formed and led across multinational and interdisciplinary contexts.
•Represent the methodical delivery of projects through the Avanade methodology in an agile environment.
•Foster relationships, collaboration, and consulting excellence with onshore and offshore teams.

Key Requirements

•Proven project leadership and consulting skills with extensive client experience and ability to align expectations with project outcomes.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
•Fluent in German and English (minimum B2); additional languages a plus.
•Experience leading teams onshore and offshore; strong stakeholder management.
•Solid understanding of business processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM or comparable ERP solutions.
