Job Summary

Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions directly inside enterprise customer environments. You’ll work in a delivery team with a Deployment Strategist to co-build production-ready AI agents and experiences from day one, owning components end-to-end. Responsibilities include prompt and tool-call design, data pipeline integration across Salesforce and cloud platforms, and building performance/KPI dashboards while contributing feedback from real customer deployments.

Key Responsibilities

•Design agent intelligence including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integrations with customer systems using the Agentic AI platform.
•Own technical components end-to-end from architecture choice to deployed, validated, observable production.
•Build and integrate data pipelines across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms, including modeling and validation.
•Develop and maintain agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting to track deployment health and business outcomes.
•Co-build with customers and partners, translate business challenges into agentic solutions, and feed platform gaps/edge cases back to senior engineers and product teams.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with at least one production system.
•Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering).
•Fluent in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
•Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering, including diagnosing prompt failures.
