•Drive new technologies and frameworks to extend team capacity and improve product scalability across server and client.
•Participate in key development and testing methodology and technology aspects.
•Lead product enhancements by selecting development solutions that meet functionality, reliability, testability, and scalability requirements.
•Mentor and lead R&D teams in design reviews, coding standards, and architectural designs.
•Drive AI adoption across R&D and embed AI capabilities in the product, including LLM integration patterns and production concerns.

Key Requirements

•At least 10 years of software development experience and at least 2 years as an architect.
•Strong system engineering and architecture experience, with proven ability to build for scale, redundancy, and performance.
•Experience building high-capacity, high-reliability products across multiple development languages/environments, including multi-threading.
•Experience with SQL Server.
•Experience with microservices and event-based design concepts such as SAGA; hands-on cloud experience architecting and operating production workloads at scale (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
