Fulfillment Center Lead, $22.50/hr

Lead inbound and outbound fulfillment operations at Spreetail’s Greenwood, IN center. You’ll mentor and train team members, help drive safety compliance, and use production metrics to recommend continuous-improvement strategies. Coordinate closely with the fulfillment center manager and area manager on long-term operational plans, while being prepared to rotate across shifts and departments and support extended hours and holidays as needed.
