Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic, commercially focused legal advice to senior stakeholders across Dubai Holding Hospitality.
  • •Review, draft, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements including hotel management, branded residences, F&B, leasing, licensing, development, and procurement contracts.
  • •Support hospitality and real estate transactions, including acquisitions, developments, refurbishments, and asset repositioning initiatives.
  • •Develop and maintain legal templates, playbooks, and frameworks to support business operations and risk management.
  • •Manage disputes, litigation, arbitration, and intellectual property matters in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external counsel; support corporate governance and compliance activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5–7 years of post-qualification legal experience advising on commercial and operational matters within hospitality, real estate, or related sectors.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B), J.D., or equivalent from a recognised institution, with admission to practice law in a recognised jurisdiction.
  • •Strong experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing complex commercial agreements.
  • •Working knowledge of UAE Federal and Emirate-level laws and regulations relevant to hospitality, tourism, real estate, and commercial transactions.
  • •Ability to identify legal and commercial risks and provide practical, business-focused solutions; experience with disputes, litigation, arbitration, and external counsel preferred.
