Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide on-site leadership, supporting daily operational and business needs
  • •Lead, assign, and support the development of a team of site engineers, fostering growth and accountability
  • •Deliver high-quality customer support, including system troubleshooting, field services, system startups, upgrades, and execution of smaller-scale projects
  • •Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote satisfaction, trust, and long-term business growth
  • •Develop and implement training and development plans to prepare team members to meet evolving customer and technical needs

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field, or equivalent experience
  • •8+ years of experience in control systems, preferably in Water and Wastewater
  • •Experience leading field services or project engineering teams for customer-facing projects
  • •Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% domestically
