Key Responsibilities

  • •Create statement of work (SoW) and product requirement documents (PRD) for complex technical programs.
  • •Own and facilitate weekly cross-functional engineering team meetings.
  • •Interface with key customers and strategic partners to develop program plans and negotiate schedules and milestone deliverables.
  • •Lead cross-functional engineering execution through NPI from concept through release to mass production, including validation and qualification tracking and reporting.
  • •Drive issue resolution and engineering phase-gate/phase-gate review activities, including master scheduling and design review/bug scrub meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of NPI hardware engineering and leadership experience.
  • •Experience with hardware design engineering, New Product Introduction, and manufacturing, including rack-mounted data center or enterprise equipment.
  • •Experience working across multiple engineering disciplines (electrical, mechanical, software, diagnostics, test, and manufacturing).
  • •Excellent project management with strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering (or equivalent); MS/MBA and PMP desirable.
