Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the creation and adoption of Product Operations strategies to enable Cox Automotive product teams to deliver best-in-class products.
  • •Own and evolve enterprise product management discipline standards across discovery, specification, delivery, and post-launch measurement.
  • •Develop and drive AI-first product management approaches, integrating AI tools into workflows and creating reusable playbooks and agents.
  • •Partner with Product Management, Product Readiness teams, and other groups to coordinate initiatives and promote awareness for Product Operations initiatives.
  • •Develop learning and development programs and act as internal SME/evangelist for applied AI in product management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline plus 8 years’ related experience (or an equivalent combination such as master’s + 6 years, Ph.D. + 3 years, or 20 years’ experience).
  • •5–7 years of experience in a Product organization in Product Management and/or Product Operations.
  • •Hands-on experience applying AI tools to real product management workflows with measurable results.
  • •Lead adoption of AI-first approaches, with working knowledge of LLMs (Claude preferred), prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
  • •Direct involvement in driving continuous improvement and large operational change management initiatives.
