Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Project Manager with sustaining capital improvement projects from conception through handover to operations.
  • •Generate project charters, scopes of work, material take-offs, estimates, AFEs, schedules, and RFIs for brownfield and greenfield projects.
  • •Coordinate installation work with contractors, operations staff, and project team members across mechanical, electrical, concrete, structural, and civil disciplines.
  • •Supervise contractor crews and ensure safety, workmanship, and company standards are met.
  • •Support procurement by sourcing materials, arranging shipments, gathering and staging materials, and help manage commissioning and handover.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 106,470 - 112,385 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s in an Engineering degree, Technologist, or Certified Trade.
  • •Experience coordinating multidisciplinary projects as an owner’s representative, including industrial brownfield and greenfield work.
  • •Demonstrated understanding of engineering and construction and the ability to digest technical information and communicate it effectively.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, SharePoint, and SAP (Microsoft Projects is an asset).
  • •Ability to lead and supervise contractors with a primary focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
