Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Project Manager to coordinate sustaining capital projects from conception through handover to operations.
  • •Help generate project charters, scopes of work, material take-off, estimates, AFEs, schedules, and RFIs for brownfield and greenfield projects.
  • •Coordinate installation work with contractors, operations staff, and multidisciplinary project team members across mechanical, electrical, concrete, structural, and civil work.
  • •Supervise contractor crews to meet safety, workmanship, and company standards; support procurement with sourcing, arranging shipments, and staging materials.
  • •Review IFR/IFC drawing packages, support commissioning, and manage project milestones and shutdown tie-ins requiring operating equipment shutdown.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 106,470 - 112,385 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors in an engineering degree, Technologist, or Certified Trade.
  • •Experience working in an industrial setting, including coordinating multidisciplinary projects as an owner’s representative.
  • •Experience with industrial brownfield and greenfield projects and a demonstrated understanding of engineering and construction.
  • •Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, SharePoint, and SAP; experience with Microsoft Projects is an asset.
  • •Excellent organizational and communication skills, including digesting technical information and communicating it to non-technical people.
