•Influence architectural decisions across multiple systems and teams; design scalable, reliable solutions for complex problems.

•Break down ambiguous business problems into clear technical plans and facilitate alignment across initiatives.
•Identify and lead initiatives to reduce technical debt and improve long-term maintainability using best practices in testing, observability, performance, and security.
•Mentor Senior Engineers (L3s), raise engineering standards through code reviews and design feedback, and improve CI/CD pipelines and operational reliability.
