Key Responsibilities

  • •Break down ambiguous business problems into clear technical plans and facilitate alignment across initiatives.
  • •Identify and lead initiatives to reduce technical debt and improve long-term maintainability using best practices in testing, observability, performance, and security.
  • •Mentor Senior Engineers (L3s), raise engineering standards through code reviews and design feedback, and improve CI/CD pipelines and operational reliability.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience building and scaling production systems.
  • •Proven experience driving cross-team architectural initiatives.
  • •Deep expertise in backend and frontend technologies, ideally including JavaScript and PostgreSQL.

  • •Strong understanding of performance, security, DevOps, and CI/CD practices, plus success mentoring engineers and influencing decisions at scale.
