Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical discovery and integration architecture/design across Remote APIs and partner APIs, including data mapping, data flows, authentication flows, API keys, and edge cases.
  • •Prioritize integration and app work based on customer needs, product impact, feasibility, operational complexity, and repeatability.
  • •Orchestrate cross-functional execution by translating customer/partner requirements into technical specs, managing dependencies, and unblocking delivery.
  • •Drive integration quality and reliability by focusing on data accuracy, sync reliability, error handling, observability, and supportability.
  • •Establish KPIs for integration performance and business/customer outcomes, and codify repeatable patterns, reference architectures, and implementation playbooks.
