Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct portfolio reviews with Relationship Managers to assess product suitability and the impact of market and regulatory changes, identifying opportunities and managing risks.
  • •Improve Relationship Managers’ product knowledge through on-job coaching and training.
  • •Join Relationship Managers in client meetings to provide technical advice and input.
  • •Collect and apply market and channel intelligence to identify competitive gaps, service issues, and business opportunities for stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold an accredited Degree or Diploma.
  • •Demonstrate advanced experience as an Insurance/Bancassurance Specialist, especially with high net-worth products such as Universal Life.
  • •Have strong knowledge of the investment climate to advise on wealth accumulation, legacy planning, and premium financing.
  • •Be mature and confident with strong presentation and pitching skills for effective client conversations with Relationship Managers.
  • •Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to collaborate across teams and internal stakeholders.
