Manager, Warehouse Operations

Lead end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, material storage, picking/packing, shipping, and order fulfillment. Ensure inventory accuracy, safety compliance, and operational efficiency while driving process standardization and continuous improvement. Manage inbound/outbound flow, oversee tool cage operations, and develop warehouse talent through coaching and performance management. Play a key role in implementing and optimizing a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and using SAP for reporting and inventory control.
