Job Summary

Provide technical and functional support for software applications, owning investigation and resolution of application incidents and malfunctions in line with SLAs. Support application analysis, development and configuration (including assembling modules and adapting packages), design and execute unit/integration tests, and coordinate testing and production delivery. Contribute to documentation, roadmaps, and technical capability within the DDC team supporting enterprise outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage stakeholder and user support, maintaining clear communication with customers in line with SLAs for requests and incidents.
•Take ownership of identifying and resolving application malfunctions with timely responses and recommendations.
•Support analysis, development, and configuration of applications, including assembling modules and adapting software packages.
•Design and execute unit/integration test cases, perform prototyping, and validate system outcomes.
•Coordinate testing and production delivery, monitor performance against quality assurance plans, and support service continuity, documentation, and roadmap contributions.

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience in Asset Management/ERP Application Support (highly desirable).
•Ability to support analysis, development, and configuration of applications, including adapting software packages to business needs.
•Experience designing and executing unit and integration test cases, plus solution prototyping and validation.
•Experience with Oracle SQL (desirable).
•Eligibility to be cleared for NV1 Security Clearance for ITAR regulations.
