Key Responsibilities

  • •Take single-point accountability for project delivery within schedule, cost, and quality, including baselining and effective use of project planning.
  • •Ensure correct project planning and management during execution, including official customer communication for project matters.
  • •Develop and execute planning and monitoring (schedule, billing plan, revenue plan), track variances, and take corrective actions to avoid LD.
  • •Manage financial status and compliance requirements (EAC, billings, budgets, milestone payments, rebates, warranty, gating policy, SEA, change orders).
  • •Support risk assessment and change control, including preparing R&O, updating monthly, and coordinating subcontract strategy, selection, negotiation, and site management.

Key Requirements

  • •BE/B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electronics & communication.
  • •Preferred experience managing pharma or renewable domain projects.
  • •Preferred experience managing software-based projects.
  • •Demonstrate leadership to influence and set direction for the project team.
  • •Ability to manage MOS and project performance metrics and margins.
