Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Cost/Commercial Management commissions, taking responsibility for their successful delivery.
  • •Participate in meetings, contribute to the PEP, prepare cost reports, assist with procurement strategies and tender documentation, and manage post-contract commercial activities.
  • •Engage with client, contractor and other stakeholders to ensure delivery within agreed parameters and help prevent disputes.
  • •Client-side cost management, including stakeholder, risk and contract management.
  • •Support projects to deliver quality, cost and time to the client’s satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • •Infrastructure cost/commercial management experience (Water industry experience desirable)
  • •Knowledge and understanding of NEC suite of contracts, particularly PSC and ECC
  • •Experience of working as part of an integrated, multi-organisation, collaborative teams
  • •Good communication and organisational skills
  • •Education, Professional Qualifications: a degree such as quantity surveying or relevant subject; ideally pursuing professional body membership (e.g., RICS)
