Director of Project Management - Healthcare Construction

Lead and develop a team of Project Managers delivering project management services across major healthcare construction programs. Ensure service excellence through client communications, project strategy, resource and financial management, proposal/RFP responses, and market outreach. Drive thought leadership on construction market conditions, oversee quality control including ISO audits and BMS audits, and strengthen internal systems via knowledge management and process improvement while partnering on talent acquisition and training.
