Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end delivery of Financial Services projects from kick-off through launch.
  • •Align Product, Engineering, Compliance, Finance/Treasury, Ops, Growth, and external partners around one plan.
  • •Work with Compliance to ensure internal policies (KYC/KYB, AML triggers, etc.) are in place before go-live.
  • •Ensure operational teams are ready to run the flow on Day 1 and know escalation paths and settlement processes.
  • •Coordinate testing, sign-offs, and go-live checklist; monitor early performance and assign owners for post-launch fixes.

Key Requirements

  • •~2–4 years of fintech/payments/banking/telecom value-added services/ PSP/wallet/financial operations experience in high-ownership environments
  • •Experience delivering cross-functional projects and driving timelines (not just following up)
  • •Ability to work with engineers to clarify requirements and with Ops/Treasury to confirm cash movements
  • •Disciplined with tracking (action logs, RAID logs, status reports)
  • •Strong written communication; must document and write down details
