Process Engineer, Advanced Packaging

Design and lead advanced packaging process engineering experiments—collecting and analyzing data, performing hardware characterization, and troubleshooting complex issues using root-cause analysis. Measure film properties, interpret results, and generate technical documentation, presentations, and reports. Partner with vendors and suppliers, implement new technology and analytical instrumentation, and support customers and junior colleagues while leading project teams as needed, under limited supervision.
