•Drive consistent execution of parts operating standards, including standardized work, 5S, safety protocols, and visual management.
•Improve customer experience, speed of service, and first-time fix rate.
•Lead from the front by working with parts associates, including opening, updating, and closing orders.
•Deliver competency-based feedback, performance reviews, and mentor associates to build leadership and operational execution.
•Identify and prioritize process and performance improvement opportunities and hold teams accountable for measurable results.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2 years of management experience in automotive or a lean manufacturing environment.
•Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
•Proven track record of leading and developing associates.
•Ability to obtain project deliverables and company metrics.
•Strong analysis and decision-making ability with excellent oral and written communication skills.
