  • •Manage and be accountable for auto, property, and other claims operations member service employees responsible for investigating, evaluating, and negotiating claims.
  • •Inspect and review quality of claim files and provide feedback to employees as appropriate.
  • •Coach and develop employees through regular coaching, feedback, skill identification, and career progression support.
  • •Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness, member experiences, processes, and lead organizational process changes.
  • •Drive ongoing monitoring for consistent process execution and adherence to guidelines, and handle escalations and decisions based on policy.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree; or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •6 years of progressive customer service, operational, military or leadership experience, including a minimum of 2 years of claims handling experience.
  • •2 years of direct team lead, supervisory, or management experience.
  • •Experience using and interpreting data to make decisions.
  • •Acquire and maintain an applicable insurance adjuster license within 6 months in role.
